Add some colour to your life by colour blocking!
Autumn is a colourful season, but when the sun doesn’t shine it is often gloomy and gray. And especially in these times we could definitely use some colour!

Have you ever heard of colour blocking? Colour blocking is a way to wear multiple solid colours in one outfit. By using two or three different colours of the colour wheel you can make interesting combinations. No idea how to get started on colour blocking? We’ve put together some looks to inspire you!

Flower power

Instant happiness with this bright yellow turtleneck sweater! The colour yellow is best paired with shades such as red and pink. This maxi dress with floral print is the ideal example. Put on a pair of ankle boots for an everyday look.

Sunny autumn days

On warm sunny autumn days, it's perfect to take your favourite summer dress out the closet again. Wear a bright blue jumper over it to draw immediate attention. Going out on a chilly day? Complete the colour palette with a coat in a light pink colour.

On Wednesday, we wear pink!

Colour blocking can also be done with trendy items. Velvet is hot and trending this season. Pink and green are also opposite colours. So this warm pink sweater and green velvet trousers complement each other like no other!

Stylish in satin

Green is one of the autumn colours this season. Prefer a skirt over a pair of trousers? With this emerald green satin skirt and a lilac sweater you're totally on trend. Finish the look with a white coat for extra warmth.

Casual but chic

Want to keep it casual but chic? Purple is known as the colour of luxury and style. Combine this colour with dark tones like in this maxi dress and you get a colour combination that always works well. Tie a sweater around it for that extra touch!
