The high temperatures are behind us and unfortunately the summer as well. The changeable weather clearly shows that autumn is already approaching us. I'm all about dresses, but as soon as autumn comes, you'll be seeing me in jeans. It is true that jeans can sometimes seem a bit basic. So I’ve listed a few of my favourite denim pair of jeans and I’ll show you how to style them like a real fashionista.

1.Black skinny jeans

Dark jeans always look stylish and dressed up. Black is ideal because it goes with most colors and it simply flatters everyone. It really is a staple piece in everyone’s wardrobe. You can wear it at work, but also for a night out or even for a job interview. Want to look a bit put together? Wear shoes in the same color! You can also play with cool accessories, prints and other colors. I paired it with a brown animal printed blouse and a scarf with a fun leopard print.

2.A good pair of washed out jeans

For a more relaxed look, a good pair of washed out jeans will do the trick. These jeans can be worn casual as well as dressed up. Elevate your look by wearing a blouse in luxurious fabrics like silk or satin. Accessories in the same shades as your blouse, will create a beautiful ensemble. Finish off the outfit with a simple dark blue cardigan.

3.Straight-leg jeans

Another pair of jeans that you should definitely have in your wardrobe, is the straight-leg jeans. It's a style that flatters every figure. Combine it with a nice printed T-shirt for an easy look. Want something completely different? Wear your favourite shirt dress unbuttoned as a kimono. It’s perfect for the current, changeable weather. It protects you from the wind and it doesn't make you sweat like those woolen cardigan. I mixed two prints together and went for a floral printed dress. You can also choose a plain shirt dress if prints are not your thing. To finish this look and to accentuate the waist I added a trendy black obi belt.
