In stressful times like these, me-time is so important and what’s better than laying on the couch or laying outside on a deckchair scrolling for good deals. Because let's be honest: many of us have had a lot of stress on and off the job the past few months. Buying clothes is often one of the first things we save our money on. And now that the sales have arrived, it's time to buy clothes at small prices. I've been browsing online between the sales looking for nice items and the next ones are already in my shopping cart:
1. -30%: A cotton jacket The weather might get tropical, a Belgian climate mostly means a changeable weather. When it gets a bit cold outside, a light jacket is a must-have. A khaki green jacket in cotton will go with lots of colours and because of the shorter model you can wear it on a dress, skirt or trousers.
2. -40%: A colourful dress During the summer, you'll often see me in a colorful dress. A floral print never goes out of fashion and it will make your day even brighter! Choose a slightly loose model that sits just above the knee. This type of dress is flattering for everyone and is suitable for many occasions. Thin straps and a cleavage are usually not done at the office. In that case, wear a T-shirt or a blouse under or on top of your dress.
3. -50%: A trendy blouse Not sure if a certain trend is your thing? My advice is to buy it on sale. That way you don't spend too much and you can still experiment with your own style. This blouse combines 2 trends: oversized and python print. You can wear it with white denim shorts or a skirt, but it also looks great on a long skirt or beige pants.
4. -60%: A beautiful coat Another tip is to buy off-season items. Don't just think about shoes, accessories, but also think about... coats. Wool coats are often expensive, but when you buy them on sale, you can get them with a good discount!
5. -70%: An airy blouse with colourful print Summer means a lot of sweating so it’s better to have lots of airy pieces in your closet. But it doesn't always have to be a dress. Opt for a skirt with a nice blouse in airy fabrics like lyocell or viscose. The big upside of a blouse is that you can combine it endlessly. I'm totally in love with this colourful piece. In the old days I would never wear yellow items, but lately I have become a bit more rebellious and I know that some rules are made to be broken anyways. I already see myself wearing it with big, golden earrings and a boho maxi skirt.
