The word is out! We released a capsule collection together with fashion guru Tiany Kiriloff. Look & feel? Think retro, glitter and glamour. Roaring twenties 2.0? "Getting back outside, enjoying life again, feeling elegant, feminine and glamorous again. That's what this collection is all about," says Kiriloff.
How do you feel about releasing a collection with LolaLiza?
"I am very proud to release a collection with LolaLiza. First of all because it is a real Belgian brand,but also because LolaLiza loves prints and colors, just like me!"
Where does the inspiration of this collection come from?
"The days of Studio 54, where everything was possible and people were partying until the early hours. After that long time sitting inside, I myself feel a huge urge to get outside and dance again. I also love vintage and retro, so that had to be in there. The retro is, as you can see, reflected in the sleeves and wider pants. The blazer is also more fitted, as opposed to the oversized blazer we see a lot now."

What feeling did you want to bring to the customers and your fans with this collection?
"The vibe I want to set with the collection has everything to do with glamour. Getting back outside and enjoying life again. We poured that feeling of freedom into a collection of 6 silhouettes. When it comes to daily fashion, I don’t really have one particular style. For example, I like to wear dresses with prints, which is clearly reflected in the collection, but I also like to look festive on a weekday. I think it is important to say that this collection, despite the glamour, can be worn throughout the year. For example, combine a festive dress with a simple blazer and boots and you can just wear it during the day. So really try to move away from the idea that this collection is just a party collection for special occasions. No, just wear it through and make it casual!"
Can you describe your collection in three words?
"Feminine, glamorous, 70-ties party all night long inspired! While designing the collection I had different types of women in mind: young and old. But they have one thing in common: they are all women who like to feel feminine, like to dress up and feel like going out again despite these uncertain times. So I hope to see a lot of ladies in my collection. It would be great if I start spotting the pieces during nights out!"
Your collection is one full of cool party outfits. What does your ideal party look like?
"I do like to just meet up with girlfriends and let spontaneity do its job. Unplanned parties are often the most fun, I think. Occasionally we have a theme party with a dress code. I like that too. Then I can completely immerse myself in the theme. (laughs) If I had to choose one song to which I would want to dance all evening in this collection, it would be ‘All Night Long’ by Lionel Ritchie."
