LolaLiza Love Loyalty Programme – General Terms and Conditions
By signing up to the LolaLiza Love loyalty programme
hereinafter referred to as “the programme” – you agree to the general terms and conditions.
- By signing up for the LolaLiza Love loyalty program, hereinafter referred to as the program – you agree to these general terms and conditions.
- The program is a reward and communication program for all customers and lovers of LolaLiza, executed by LolaLiza.
- Participation in the program is possible for individual residents in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and France who are at least 16 years old. LolaLiza employees or business associates may also participate in the program but may be excluded from certain actions, promotions or other communications or rewards.
- Participation in the program and the accompanying mobile app and loyalty card are completely free of charge.
- With this program, you will receive more targeted actions, such as personalized coupons, sneak previews, private sales, goodies, member-only events and many more surprises.
- A condition for participation is that you provide your name and a personal working email address. The participant will ensure that the email address and other personal information are always correct and up-to-date.
- As a member of the program, LolaLiza will send you “member-only” communication, such as information about the program, exclusive offers and promotions, requests to participate in customer surveys, etc., to this email address (or via text message, Whatsapp or by post if you have shared this information as well).

- The loyalty card is personal and nontransferable.
LolaLiza reserves the right to modify the program, the rules and offers and these general terms and regulations at any time. Such changes will be communicated by email to all participants of the program and/or announced on the website and in stores. If you do not terminate your participation in the program within 14 working days after the announcement of such changes, you will be deemed to accept them.
- LolaLiza is not liable for system errors or malfunctions on the LolaLiza website or mobile app, or any possible consequences thereof. LolaLiza cannot be held liable for any loss or damage, resulting from exclusion, modification or termination, or in any other way related to the program, with the exception of liability that cannot be legally excluded.
- LolaLiza reserves the right to exclude individuals from the program at its own discretion. Any proven or reasonably assumed misuse of the program, violation of the general terms and conditions, inactivity of more than 24 months, any form of fraud or any conduct detrimental to the interests of LolaLiza may result in your membership being terminated. You will no longer be eligible to continue participating in the program. If your membership is terminated, your outstanding offers will also expire.
- If and to the extent that any provision of these general terms and conditions is declared void, impractical or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these general terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
