At www.lolaliza.com, LolaLiza's online store, you can order from all available collections. Get inspired by the women's collections, and browse our new collections and sales. Or you can use our LolaLiza shopping app to make your purchase.
Are you looking for anything in particular? Simply type in a keyword in the search field at the top right of the screen - for example 'skirts' - or a reference number. You can use the filters to refine your search, according to category, colour, size and price.
Made your choice? Select your preferred size and colour and click on 'Add to cart'. To see which items you have already collected, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page. In this overview, you can change the quantity or remove an item from the list.
Are you happy with everything you have got in your cart? Click on 'Continue' to pay for your items. Follow the instructions on the screen to make a secure payment.

Absolutely! You don't need to have an account to place an order in our online store. However, having your own account does come with many benefits. This is why you get another chance to create an account quickly and easily after placing your order.
Click on 'Login' in the top right corner of your screen. Enter your email address and password and continue by clicking on the Login button. If you tick 'Remember me', your internet browser will store your password. Click on the icon on your mobile phone. Click here for the app.
You don't have to create an account to be able to place an order in our online store. But if you would like to receive LolaLiza Member shop credits, you do indeed need to create an account first, using the same email address as your loyalty card.
Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. But we can help you. Send us an email at customers@lolaliza.com, including the code of your LolaLiza Member reward voucher and your loyalty card number.
Yes, thanks to our online reservation service, you can reserve up to 3 items from the e-shop in a LolaLiza boutique of your choice.
Select the item online and click on “in-store reservation”. Your items will be held for a maximum of 2 days.

If new deliveries are planned for the item, you can register to be notified as soon as the stock is available again. Click on "Warn me" next to your size and fill in your e-mail address.
At the online store of LolaLiza, we use European sizes only. Our size guide, which you can find next to the available sizes of an item, is a useful tool to help you find the right size.
Unfortunately, this is currently not possible. We are working on being able to offer this in the near future.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been confirmed It is of course possible to return your order within 30 days.
Unfortunately, you can't change an order after confirmation. You can, of course, return your order within 14 days. You can do this completely free of charge at one of our boutiques.
Yes, all items available in our boutiques can also be found in our e-shop.
Sometimes, you may find items online that haven’t yet been displayed in the boutiques. Prices are identical both online and in-store.
However, there are promotions that are exclusively available either in the LolaLiza e-shop or in a LolaLiza boutique. These promotional prices may therefore vary.
