In Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, you can pay by Bancontact, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

In France, you can pay by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

In the Netherlands, you can pay by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDeal and AfterPay.

We don't provide invoices for online purchases.

If you do need an invoice, it is best to go to one of our boutiques.

Our sales assistants will be happy to create an invoice for you there and then.

A secure internet environment is incredibly important.

We guarantee that you can pay safely in the online store of LolaLiza.

We only use secure payment systems by recognised financial institutions specialised in electronic trade.

These systems convert your payment details into a kind of secret code (SSL) and send this directly to the financial institution responsible for processing your payment.

Yes, you automatically receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment has been processed.

This message includes your order reference number.

Keep this information in a safe place in case you need to contact the customer service department.

Free delivery in a shop, at a collection point or at home via bpost for all purchases from €50 and up. Below this amount, delivery costs are €3.95 for home delivery, and €1.95 for delivery to a point of sale or collection point via bpost.

All orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 are delivered the next day.
All orders placed between Thursday at 12:00 and Friday at 12:00 are delivered on Saturday or Monday at home, on Monday at a collection point or on Tuesday in a shop.
Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Naturally, we do our very best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

The delivery time depends on the day of your payment, where you live and your chosen delivery method.

We deliver your order within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of your order confirmation.

If you order before 13:00 on weekdays, we will deliver your parcel the next working day!

For home deliveries:

We deliver from Monday to Saturday inclusive, except on public holidays.

During busy times and sales periods, you may have to wait a little longer.

For deliveries to a LolaLiza boutique:

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday inclusive, except on public holidays.

Please note, these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary.

As soon as your order has been packaged, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

Can't wait? If you are a member of LolaLiza Love Program, visit the LolaLiza online store and click on 'My Account'. This gives you an instant overview of your order status.

Not completely satisfied with your purchase?
You have 30 days to return items or take them to your local LolaLiza boutique.

This period starts from the day your parcel was delivered.

There are a number of conditions:

The item must be returned in its original condition

The item must be unworn

The item must not have been washed

The item must not have a penetrating smell

The item must be returned with all tags attached

You can return the item free of charge at any of our boutiques. Remember to bring your completed returns form.

Items that can't be returned:

Shapewear

Digital gift cards or e-gift cards

Physical gift cards and digital credit notes and discount vouchers

To return, first go to our returns portal.

There are two possible scenarios:

• If you are already logged in to the LolaLiza website, all you have to do is select the order from which you want to return an item.
• If you are not logged in, you can log in with your Lolaliza details and select the order in question, or directly enter your order number and the e-mail address you used to place the order.

Once you are on the order page, you can select the items you wish to return and select the reason for the return.

Once you have selected all items, you can confirm to select your return method.
Please note that returned items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn and untouched), with the label attached.

You have two options:

Please note that returns are free for LolaLiza members (except for outlet products). For non-members, a contribution of €2 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Option 1: Return to one of our boutiques:

This option is not available for outlet items.

1) Select the shop to which you want to return the item and confirm.

2) You will receive an overview of your return by e-mail.

3) Go to the LolaLiza shop with the items you wish to return and the return form enclosed in your parcel.

4) The shop will validate your return.

5) You will receive your refund within 3 working days.

Please note that the amount of the return will not be refunded in cash in a LolaLiza shop.

The refund will be made via the original payment method.

Option 2: Return via a bpost point

1) You will receive an e-mail with an overview of your return shipment. You will also find a barcode and a return label.

2) Put the items to be returned in a parcel

3) Print out the return label and stick it on the parcel. You can skip this step if you choose to use the bpost barcode you received in the e-mail.

4) Next, hand in your parcel at a bpost point.

5) You will receive your money back within 3 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse.

As soon as we have received your returns parcel, we will send you an email notification. The reimbursement is effectuated within 14 days of the receipt of the return.
