Returns of delivered items

Not completely satisfied with your purchase?
You have 30 days to return items or take them to your local LolaLiza boutique.
This period starts from the day your parcel was delivered.

    There are a number of conditions:
  • • The item must be returned in its original condition
  • • The item must be unworn
  • • The item must not have been washed
  • • The item must not have a penetrating smell
  • • The item must be returned with all tags attached

You can return the item free of charge at any of our boutiques. Remember to bring your completed returns form.

    Items that can't be returned:
  • • Shapewear
  • • Digital gift cards or e-gift cards
  • • Physical gift cards and digital credit notes and discount vouchers

No, you can't. However, you can always give it to someone else.

You have two options:

    Option 1 : Free return at one of our boutiques.
  • 1) Remove the returns form from the packaging and fill in the code that best fits the reason for return.
  • 2) Take the item(s) and completed returns form to a boutique and go to the cash desk.

Please note, you won't receive a cash refund at a LolaLiza boutique.
The refund will be made via the original payment method.

    Option 2 : I return my item(s) using a courier of my choice.
  • 1) Remove the returns form from the packaging and fill in the code that best fits the reason for return.
  • 2) Put the item(s) you wish to return and the returns form in the original bag/box.
  • 3) Write the returns address clearly on the packaging. It is printed on the front of the returns form.
  • 4) Take your returns parcel to a courier of your choice, ask for a proof of postage receipt and keep it in a safe place.

As soon as we have received your returns parcel, you will get an email notification.
The refund will be made within 3 working days.
Please note, unlike option 1, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s).

You can exchange an item at any physical LolaLiza boutique.

Take your item(s) and completed returns form to a LolaLiza boutique.
Choose a replacement item and go to the cash desk. If this item is cheaper than your original purchase, you will receive a credit note for the difference.
If it is more expensive, you simply pay the difference.

You can always return the item free of charge at one of our boutiques.
You can also return one or more items by courier, but you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s).

As soon as we have received your returns parcel, we will send you an email notification. It takes up to 3 working days to process the refund.

You will always receive your refund via the original payment method.
If, for example, you paid by credit card, we will refund you the same way.
Even if you return the item by taking it to a LolaLiza boutique. We are unable to give cash refunds at a boutique.

At LolaLiza, we like to treat our customers. So as soon as we have processed your return, you will get your LolaLiza Love shop credit back.
We will inform you by email. You can then simply use your LolaLiza Love shop credit again with your next purchase.

SIf you purchase several items with your LolaLiza Love shop credit, we split the value across your cart.

    For example:
    You placed an order of €100 for 3 items (costing €60, €20 and €20).
    You paid €20 with your LolaLiza Love shop credit and €80 by card.
  • 60 € - 12 € shop credit = 48 €
  • 20 € - 4 € shop credit = 16 €
  • 20 € - 4 € shop credit = 16 €
  • When you return the item of €60, you will receive a €12 LolaLiza Love reward voucher by email and €48 will be refunded to your card.

Please note: LolaLiza Love reward vouchers are only ever reissued in case of returns.
If you exchange an item at a boutique, we won't reissue the LolaLiza Love reward voucher.

You will always receive your refund via the original payment method.

If the returned items were paid for with a LolaLiza gift card, you will receive an e-gift card with updated balance.
You will always receive your new LolaLiza e-gift card by email. Even if you paid with a physical gift card.

If you used a combination of different payment methods, you will first be refunded via an e-gift card.

For exemple :
You placed an order of €100. You paid €25 with a gift card and €75 by credit card.
Later, you return an item costing €50. First, you will receive a refund of €25 via an e-gift card (by email), followed by a €25 refund to the credit card you used to purchase the item.

As soon as we have received your returns parcel, we will send you an email notification.
The refund will be made within 3 working days.

If you return an item at a boutique, you will automatically receive an email confirming the return.
Did you send the item to our warehouse? Then you will receive an email as soon as we have received the item.
If you haven't received any confirmation, the best thing to do is to contact the courier you used to track down the parcel.

As soon as we have received your returns parcel, we will send you an email notification.
We will refund you within 3 working days.

You can download the form here and complete it yourself.
It is important to fill in your order number correctly to enable us to process your return and refund you promptly.
If you have any problems downloading the form, call us on 00800 7576 7576 and we will email it to you.

The returns address is printed on the front of the returns form.
Remember to include your returns form, otherwise we won't be able to link your return to your order.
