Yes! You can use both. If you originally opted for a physical card, you can download the app and link your membership. If you prefer a physical card, visit a store and request one.
Currently, you can’t update it yourself. Email customers@lolaliza.com with your old and new email, and we’ll take care of it.
Send an email to privacy@lolaliza.com, and your request will be processed within 3-4 business days.
If your account is inactive for more than 24 months, it may be deactivated. However, you can always sign up again!
