Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You have 30 days to return items or take them to a LolaLiza shop near you for a return.
This period starts on the day the parcel is delivered. To return an order, go to our returns portal.
Certain conditions apply:
• The item must be in original condition
• The article must not have been worn
• The item must not have been washed
• The item must not have a persistent odour
• All labels must still be attached to the item
Items that cannot be returned:
• Panty's and shapewear
• Digital and/or physical gift vouchers and discount vouchers
• Physical gift cards and digital credit notes and discount vouchers
You can only return once per order via the returns portal. If you subsequently want to return an additional product from your order, you must contact customer service.
If you make a purchase in a store in another country or place an order via the store, returns can only be made in the store with your receipt in the country of purchase.
No, you can't. However, you can always give it to someone else.
To return, first go to our return portal.
There are two possible scenarios:
• If you are already logged in to the LolaLiza website, all you have to do is select the order from which you want to return an item.
• If you are not logged in, you can log in with your Lolaliza details and select the order in question, or directly enter your order number and the e-mail address you used to place the order.
Once you are on the order page, you can select the items you wish to return and select the reason for the return.
Once you have selected all items, you can confirm to select your return method.
Please note that returned items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn and untouched), with the label attached. You have two options:
Please note that returns are free for LolaLiza members (except for outlet products). For non-members, a contribution of €2 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Option 1: Return to one of our boutiques:
1. Select the shop to which you want to return the item and confirm.
2. You will receive an overview of your return by e-mail.
3. Go to the LolaLiza shop with the items you wish to return and the return form enclosed in your parcel.
4. The shop will validate your return.
5. You will receive your refund within 3 working days.
Please note that the amount of the return will not be refunded in cash in a LolaLiza shop.
The refund will be made via the original payment method.
Option 2: Return via a bpost point
1. You will receive an e-mail with an overview of your return shipment. You will also find a barcode and a return label.
2. Put the items to be returned in a parcel
3. Print out the return label and stick it on the parcel. You can skip this step if you choose to use the bpost barcode you received in the e-mail.
4. Next, hand in your parcel at a bpost point.
5. You will receive your money back within 3 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse.
Outlet items are items with the outlet badge:
• Returns with outlet items cannot be returned to the shop.
• Returns with outlet items can only be made via bpost and cost 2 euros (deducted from the refunded amount).
• The procedure for returning outlet items is the same as for non-outlet items and is through our returns portal.
As soon as we have received your returns parcel, we will send you an email notification. The reimbursement is done within 3 days of the receipt of the return.
You will always receive your refund via the original payment method. If, for example, you paid by credit card, we will refund you the same way.

If the returned items were paid for with a LolaLiza gift card, you will receive an e-gift card with updated balance.
You will always receive your new LolaLiza e-gift card by email. Even if you paid with a physical gift card.
If you used a combination of different payment methods, you will first be refunded via an e-gift card.
For exemple : You placed an order of €100. You paid €25 with a gift card and €75 by credit card. Later, you return an item costing €50. First, you will receive a refund of €25 via an e-gift card (by email), followed by a €25 refund to the credit card you used to purchase the item.
As soon as we have received your returns parcel, we will send you an email notification.

Did you send the item to our warehouse? Then you will receive an email as soon as we have received the item.
If you haven't received any confirmation, the best thing to do is to contact the courier you used to track down the parcel.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us a declaration unambiguous (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail) informing us of your decision to withdraw from the sales contract, or - if the goods were delivered to you before the deadline has expired - by returning the goods to us.
If you would like to inform us of your decision to cancel the sales contract by sending us a clear statement, you can use the standard withdrawal form provided for this purpose, however this is not binding.

To respect the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your declaration concerning your decision to withdraw from the sales contract before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from the sales contract, you will receive your payment, including delivery costs without delay and in any case no longer than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, back from us. We will process the refund with the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us no longer than 14 days on which you decide to withdraw from the sales contract. This deadline is considered to have been met if you return the goods to us before the expiration of the fourteen day period. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.
