You have 30 days to change your mind, with free returns possible in store and via PostNL!

You have 2 options:

  • • You can send the article(s) that you do not wish to keep via PostNL. Use the PostNL return sticker provided in your package.
  • • Or you can bring them to a LolaLiza boutique in your area. Immediate exchange is possible and if the new item is cheaper than the one you bought online, you will be issued a purchase voucher. In the opposite case, you simply pay the difference.
  • You will be reimbursed within 10 working days, via the same method you used for payment.
