We can assure you that we missed welcoming you in our stores! But finally, the stores are ready to open again. Of course, opening our stores does not mean ’business as usual’. What will we do for you?
Our staff members are ready for you.
They will be wearing mouth masks and will disinfect their hands regularly. We want you to feel safe while shopping with us.
That’s why they will also clean the payment terminals, the checkout, store surfaces and fitting rooms frequently.
We will think of everything so the hangers will be cleaned too after the clothing item has been taken to the changing room by a customer. Textile can also carry the virus, so to avoid any spread, we will make sure that all the clothing that has been tried on will be placed in quarantine.
To let the payment process, happen as contactless as possible we will deliver you a digital version of the checkout ticket.
What can you do for us?
To let the new shopping experience flow as much as possible we have set up a few regulations for you too. Each store is stocked up on disinfectant gel to clean your hands upon entering the store.
Please keep a minimum of 1,5 meters distance between you and other fashionistas to keep everyone in a safe space (Max 1 customer/ 10 m²).
Shop alone! Look at it this way, this is the me-time you were dreaming of during the lockdown.
Each customer gets 30 minutes of shopping time, but you can always return items to the store afterwards. So, when your short on time, you can always ty on the items at home and return them in store when needed.
We ask you kindly to pay electronically.
If you have a gift card or loyalty card? You can just show the barcode on the card to the LolaLiza staff member at the checkout and she can scan it from a safe distance.
